    Appeal 2008-2009 Global Alliance HIV requests donations of cash to the Federation to support National Societies' HIV programmes for the period 2008 to 2010 in the South Asia region and in the following countries:  Afghanistan, Banglasesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, China, Indonesia, Mongolia, the Philippines.
