Examines fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in Dhaka from a disaster risk and resilience perspective, highlighting air pollution as a chronic, everyday hazard that affects public health, livelihoods, and community resilience. The study draws on long-term air quality data and reviews policy, institutional, and implementation contexts, while exploring practical, community-level pathways for action and humanitarian engagement. Findings from this research will inform a Phase 2 study, including comparative analysis and consultations with local practitioners.
